Terriable, can't get anyone on phone have to leave tele # for callback went up twice on monthly and service call a Jennefer in redemption dept told me my icemaker would be covered up to $3000.00 if I stayed with Choice and a few days latter I received an email that max amt Choice would pay on icemaker would be $500.00. They were not able to help me. I have to wait a WEEK to talk to a service representative! (And then only allowed 15 minutes. If it goes over you have to schedule another 15 minute call)!
I thought this company would have enough people to take care of their customers in a timely manner! I guess not!

Lie, miss represent services. I only received a small check for the $1100 replacement cost of the oven they couldn't fix. Lied about how much they would reimburse a tech for services, and after six months only paid $95 out of $249 services and material charge. Calls are routinely dropped, and support staff are hard to understand
