We called down Choice for three different issues. Each time it took multiple phone calls and emails to get them to actually come down to our house.

Then after we paid the service fee they found a reason each time why the service shouldn't be covered. We paid hundreds of dollars and got no service at all!!

They refused to lift our toilet to check where it was leaking from. they told us if we expose it then they will fix it. They can't expose it.

If we open the ceiling they'll fix the leak.

not worth even a dollar to have the coverage. They told us they cover evertyhign AHS does but we have toilets taken off and leaks exposed with AHS!
