This company’s statagy is to take your money, then when you have a claim, they just do not answer the phone , I panic CHW for two houses for over a year when I had a small problem , I tried to contact them for service , they did not answer their phones, after hours of waiting I called the sales , they answered immediately, when I told them that I had a claim, they switched me to the claims department, and again, they didn’t answer the phone, I decided to cancel the contract , where again they won’t answer the phone to cancel, to stop payment to this shyster/fraudulent company I had to cancel my credit card so they would stop getting paid, stay away!
